JM100 Mini This series of mini end mills from Seco Tools expands the company’s range of offerings and is designed mainly for use on full five-axis vertical machining centers. They are well-suited for use on molds and tooling.
What’s new? A wider range of sizes. For instance, the JM100 Mini is now offered with diameters ranging from 0.2mm to 3mm, and features more corner radii and overhang lengths.
Benefits Precise surface finishes. The mini end mills are manufactured with tight radius tolerances, which, combined with their other features, lead to stability, accuracy, fewer tool changes and lower costs per part. They can machine tool steel with a Rockwell hardness of up to 48-65 HRC. In addition, the end mills’ advanced coatings also reduce tool wear.
