Husky said the acquisition complements its multi-material and multicolor solutions across a variety of market segments, including the medical, packaging and consumer electronics industries, enabling the integration of precision secondary injection units and rotary platens with its Altanium mold controller technology.
“This acquisition reinforces our commitment to innovation and excellence,” said Robert Domodossola, president of systems and tooling for Husky. “By bringing these complementary technologies into our portfolio, we are enhancing our ability to serve customers with integrated, high-performance solutions that drive efficiency and growth.”
Husky Technologies, based in Bolton, Ontario, manufactures injection molding machines, hot runners and molds, with a focus on sustainably sourced feedstocks, material reuse and medical-grade polymers.
