Robot Compact 150 Featuring an extra-long X-axis reach, Erowa’s newest automation system can be used by mold makers to load as many as two production machines of all processing technologies — from milling to EDMing. For loading and unloading of the workpiece carriers directly into the magazine, the system can be equipped with an optional loading station that can be integrated to save space. An indexing system enables convenient setup and locks the pallet automatically when it engages. It also ensures that the pallets do not end up misaligned in the magazine. Other options include a third rack magazine and additional rotary magazine.
What’s new? The system.
Benefits Flexibility and the ability to set up large and heavy palletized workpieces at an ergonomic height. In combination with a presence sensor, Erowa's chip identification system provides a quick overview of the loading of all magazine locations, which significantly increases process reliability and efficiency. Users can easily expand the Robot Compact’s capacity, or adjust individual magazine levels, depending on workpiece size.
