PCS Co. has promoted Derrick Jones to VP of sales and marketing, and hired Meaghin Hornsby as marketing manager.
Jones, who previously served as VP of sales, joined PCS in 2021 after serving as senior VP of sales for TestEquity. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience, including tenures as VP of sales operations for Caris Life Sciences, VP of North American sales for DME/Milacron and global commercial director for Fluke Corp.
In his new role, Jones will oversee a broader range of business development and sales functions.
Hornsby comes to PCS after serving as marketing manager for Fori Automation. She began her career with Traverse Magazine in northern Michigan.
PCS Co., based in Fraser, Mich., provides solutions and products for injection molding and mold making.
