V-Flow HRS Featuring a user-friendly interface, the sequential multizone Oerlikon controllers in this next-generation series offer precise control over hot-runner temperatures. The Industry 4.0 devices have red, green and yellow LED strips, so users can monitor the systems’ operating status from a distance. They have an integrated USB port for quick installation and transfer of recipes and test reports, as well as an integrated VNC server. Multiple communication interfaces to injection molding machines are available; the controllers also can be operated via external devices such as a tablet.
What’s new? The controllers. They come in configurations ranging from six to 30 valves, in multiples of six, and can manage as many as four phases per cycle.
