Mod24 Fast Heat’s plug-and-play modular hot-runner controller offers six zones of control within compact 24-zone cabinets, up to 192 zones with a single HMI, called Pulse, from the company. The display can be cabinet-mounted in multiple configurations, remote-mounted or integrated with a molding machine controller. The controller is Industry 4.0 enabled with OPC-UA, Modbus TCP/IP and four-channel I/O protocols, as well as micro-USB recipe transfer functionality.
