The FloodStream provides a consistent fan-shaped spray pattern for precise coverage.

FloodStream This stainless steel Exair nozzle can be used to spray liquid for post-molding operations for cleaning, rinsing or sterilization, or for cooling an extruded part once it exits the die. The deflected fan-type nozzle produces a wide fan spray pattern. It has a 1/8 National Pipe Tapered (NPT) male thread size and can handle five flow rates: 0.25 gallon per minute (GPM), 0.3 GPM, 0.4 GPM, 0.5 GPM and 0.75 GPM. The nozzle has a maximum operating pressure of up to 250 pounds per square inch (PSI).
