Dec. 30, 2024
Elements Series 3 includes a new 3D simulation tool and is easier to use.

Elements Series 3 Flexiv’s robotic programming system is fully compatible with all Flexiv robots, including the newly released Moonlight Adaptive Parallel Robot.

What’s new? Flexiv’s latest update to its Elements system, which integrated feedback from users of the Series 2 software, introducing enhanced features to simplify the development and simulation of robotic applications.

Benefits Easier to use without sacrificing the ability to program complex applications. It includes Elements Studio, a new 3D simulation tool that allows users to design, test and refine their applications before deploying them in the real world. Elements Studio, compatible with PCs, teach pendants and all Flexiv robots, reduces deployment time and minimizes risk by allowing thorough virtual testing. Flexiv’s Motion Bar, a control device that can be used independently or with the teach pendant, has been redesigned as part of the system upgrade to include a status indicator light and dedicated buttons for mode switching, Freedrive and jogging control.
