XIFOS 33 has an adjustable ionization field, is available in a range of lengths and employs algorithms to react to the actual charge level and polarity on the product.

XIFOS 33 This long-range static eliminator from Fraser Anti-Static debuted at K 2019. With an adjustable ionization field and bars available in a range of lengths, the XIFOS 33 is suited to OEMs and end users employing machines such as cast and blown film extruders, winders and slitters/rewinders. Its status bar has five LEDs that show red or green to indicate what mode the bar is in or if it requires user action, such as cleaning. Static Clean serves as the major distributor in the U.S. for Fraser’s 24-volt DC ionizers.

What’s new? Adaptive ionization. XIFOS 33 employs algorithms to react to the actual charge level and polarity found on the product to neutralize its static charge.

Benefits Scalability. Bars are available in sizes from about two feet to 20 feet in length, with active ionization available along the full length of the bar. Operators can easily adjust the ionization field’s range, from 9.8 inches to 60 inches, without tools using the intuitive interface located on the bar.
