Auto Boxer packs straws efficiently

Sept. 13, 2024
The Jumbo Steel system reduces labor, manufacturing and transportation costs.

Auto Boxer This Jumbo Steel system packs straws into boxes after they are wrapped.

What’s new? The Auto Boxer, which made its U.S. debut at NPE2024.

Benefits Packing speed, reliability and efficiency, leading to a reduction of costs associated with labor, manufacturing and transportation. The machine-packing process is more hygienic than manual packing. Because it employs a compressing device, the Auto Boxer can fill about 450 straws per box, compared with 300 when packed manually, reducing the need for boxes. By speeding packing time, allowing straws to move from plant to market more quickly, the Auto Boxer also curbs the need for storage.
