DM-3 This Haas drilling and milling machine has a 40-taper spindle and 18+1 tool changer.
What’s new? The DM-3, introduced in November.
Benefits Greater X-axis travel, on a compact table. Though the DM-3 has the same footprint as the DM-2, it has an X-axis travel length that’s 8 inches longer. This allows shops to machine longer parts or more setups without taking up more shop space. Also, using standard 40-taper tooling, the DM-3 can handle larger tools and heavier cuts than the smaller equipment.
