The blender, which boasts a batch-to-batch accuracy within 0.1 percent, offers users flexibility, as it’s able to handle poor-flowing materials such as flake, wood flour and talc fillers. It can be outfitted with up to six large-component slide gates for dispensing major ingredients, along with any combination of large corner valves with throughputs of up to 11,000 grams per second, 4-inch vertical valves with throughputs of up to 2,000 grams per second, 2-inch vertical valves with maximum throughputs of 400 grams per second, auger feeders and liquid color pumps.
