Benefits More than double the capacity. Previously, the largest tool changer available for these machines had a 30+1 capacity. Carrying more tools makes it easier to perform low-volume, high-mix production tasks. Its servo-driven carousel allows direct positioning to any tool for shorter cycle times. Tools and tool pockets are kept free of machining debris, and the carousel can accommodate oversized and heavy tools.
