CNC Software LLC is offering manufacturers who are current customers the opportunity to join the public beta program for its Mastercam 2023 software. Participants will be able to try out dozens of new tools before they are widely available and provide feedback. One such innovation is the Unified toolpath, which allows users to combine previously freestanding toolpaths such as “parallel” and “along curve” into a single toolpath.
The company uses such software feedback, along with shop visits and customer surveys, to improve its software. Based in Tolland, Conn., CNC Software develops CAD/CAM machining software.
