SFC T Kaeser Compressors’ SFC T-series air compressors for industrial applications such as plastics processing feature variable-frequency drives and built-in refrigerated dryers. The dryers remove moisture and other contaminants from compressed air to protect the process equipment and tools that use the air. There are 11 SFC T models offering maximum compressed air capacities that range from 134 cubic feet per minute (cfm) to 587 cfm.

What’s new? The refrigerant. The company has upgraded all models in the SFC T line with R-513A, a non-flammable, lower- toxicity refrigerant.

Benefits Environmental friendliness. R-513A has a significantly lower global warming potential than the current U.S. standard refrigerant, R-134a. In addition, Kaeser’s advanced heat exchanger reduces the amount of refrigerant needed without compromising dryer performance.
