Victory electric Engel has integrated the injection molding machine (IMM) formerly known as the e-motion TL into its victory line, combining the benefits of tie-bar-less technology with the energy efficiency and precision of servo-electric drives. Now called the victory electric, the IMM is available in clamping forces from 33 ton to 143 tons. The tie-bar-less design allows for the use of very large and complex molds, and enables faster mold changes.
What’s new? Upgrades, including redesigned injection units for energy efficiency, faster speeds and user-friendliness. Also, components are now more accessible and easier to replace, simplifying maintenance. Hydraulics have been integrated for machines with clamping forces of 88 tons and up.
Benefits Flexibility, precision and short cycle times for sectors such as medical technology (a clean-room package is available), and automotive, electronics and technical parts, in a compact footprint.
