High-performance grease Hasco’s Z2600 grease is designed for lubricating the moving components in injection molds. The heavy-duty lubricant works in temperatures up to 320 degrees Fahrenheit; its melting point is 482 degrees Fahrenheit. Hasco supplies the product in three container sizes: 3.2 ounces, 6.3 ounces and 35.3 ounces; the two smaller sizes come in a container with a pump dispenser.
What’s new? The Z2600 grease, which Hasco developed specifically for clean-room use where direct contact with food can’t be ruled out. Rated NSF H1, Z2600 complies with FDA purity regulations for food contact.
Benefits Performance. The lubricant is highly pressure- and oxidation-resistant and does not emulsify in water.
