Revolution 25 and Revolution 75 The high-volume, low-speed (HVLS) fans in these two series from Rite-Hite are suited for manufacturing, warehouse and commercial environments. Fans in the Revolution 25 series are for smaller facilities, covering 17,500 square feet and moving air up to 75 feet in all directions; they come in diameters ranging from 6 feet to 12 feet. Revolution 75 fans are for larger operations, covering 22,000 square feet and moving air up to 85 feet; they come in diameters ranging from 8 feet to 24 feet. All fans feature touch-screen controls that are customizable to accommodate a seven-day schedule and also can be set to automatically adjust fan speed based on the ambient temperature. Ethernet connectivity is standard, allowing remote access to controls and integration into building-management systems.
What’s new? The fans, and their direct-drive motors.
Benefits Worker comfort. The fans efficiently and economically move large volumes of air. They feature aluminum mill-finish blades that tilt, taper and twist to produce consistent airflow across the entire length of the blade, eliminating pockets of stagnant air under the center of the fan. Additionally, their simple design keeps installation costs down, and their direct-drive motors ensure quiet operation.
