Streamline MK2 Hennecke used input from customers to update its Streamline metering machines, which can be used to produce fiber-reinforced structural parts via high-pressure resin transfer molding. It also can be used with the company’s ClearRIM and Clearmelt technologies to produce transparent PU coatings.
What’s new? The second-generation machine, which began shipping in January. The new version includes a remote control pendant with built-in video conferencing capabilities and Hennecke’s energy-saving “Blue Intelligence” automation control package.
Benefits Compact design. This smaller unit is easily relocated via fork truck or overhead crane. All major components, such as high-pressure pumps and heating and metering cabinets, are joined with a quick-locking mechanism that makes exchanging components for maintenance quick and easy.
