Colines testing newest width for AllrollEx line

AllrollEx-3000mm  This cast stretch film extrusion line from Colines SpA  offers a 3-meter web width, touch-screen control, main chill roll with an optional secondary cooling roll, Coline's Handspeedy winder with a 13-second cycle time and in-line slitting, and a Big Mouth-brand direct refeeding system.

What's new?  The 3-meter web width. Colines brought its first AllrollEx extruder to market late last year. The newest size is now undergoing test runs.

Benefits  Multiple production options include a multi-component dosing unit, three-, five- or seven-layer film using nanolayer or multilayer technology, and a machine direction orientation stretching unit.
