Nordson Corp.’s Polymer Processing Systems division has appointed Nicholas (Nick) Pinto as a regional sales manager for the EDI line of extrusion and fluid coating die systems. He will work with customers at the processor and OEM levels in the midwestern United States and western Canada.
He previously held positions at Battery Systems Inc. and MAAG Group in the U.S., where he was most recently the sales manager for polymer and chemical solutions.
"I am excited to join the Nordson team, especially since the EDI brand is well-positioned for growth with the development of advanced technology solutions," Pinto said.
Nordson Corp. is based in Westlake, Ohio. Its Polymer Processing Systems manufactures components to melt, homogenize, filter, meter and give shape to plastic and fluid coating materials, including filtration systems, pumps, valves, extrusion dies and pelletizing systems.
