7X-100XL This new five-axis beam robot from Sepro is sized for use with injection molding machines with clamping forces from 2,500 to 5,000 tons. It combines a three-axis Cartesian mechanical platform with a Stäubli two-axis servo wrist for precise positioning of parts. The robot, which has a maximum payload of 220 pounds, has a modular design that allows for transverse or axial installation. The 7X-100XL's large-section demolding structure ensures stability and provides a long demolding stroke.

What's new? The robot, which Sepro introduced at the K show. It is the largest in Sepro's line of five-axis beam robots, which now includes six models for use with injection molding machines with clamping forces from 20 to 5,000 tons.

Benefits Reliability, stability and speed. Also, Sepro's Visual 3 control allows for simple programming and operation.
