QI-A machines with Metlogix M3 software offer traceable, accurate and stable multipoint measurement.

Quick Image These Mitutoyo vision measuring machines can replace profile projectors to inspect parts more quickly and more accurately. A variety of models is available. Models in the QI-A range are manual vision measuring machines with a large field of vision, while Mitutoyo’s QI-C models have a motorized stage.

What’s new? Integration of new QI-A machines with Mitutoyo’s Metlogix M3 software, which allows the devices to support a wide range of workpiece sizes. This ensures that manufacturers can measure larger components with precision and efficiency. The software features a correction algorithm that stitches multiple images together while maintaining high-accuracy measurements.

Benefits Traceability, accurate and stable multipoint measurement, and ease of use. With the Metlogix M3 software, the devices can achieve even greater precision and efficiency of non-contact measurements. According to Mitutoyo, even first-time operators can use the devices successfully.
