Rechner sensors adjust in real time

The Ti-Level sensors are ideal for users who handle multiple kinds of materials or regrind.

Ti-Level These solid-state Rechner sensors give users an analog measurement of the amount of material in a tank. The sensors have an option of a built-in temperature buffer, which allows them to operate in dryer applications at temperatures of up to 392 degrees Fahrenheit. The sensors measure the material by taking a measurement between the probe and vessel wall.

Benefits Ease of use and accuracy. The sensors automatically readjust to changing material characteristics in real time without the need for reprogramming. This is helpful for users that use multiple kinds of plastics or regrind, which might have different shapes, sizes, volumes, densities, dust content or colors. Made of solid-state polyetheretherketone (PEEK), the sensors have no moving parts and are durable. They are immune to material build up and bridging.
