Aero2 Ultra This series of two Cold Jet dry-ice cleaning models — the PLT Ultra for heavy-duty cleaning and the PCS Ultra for smaller jobs — boasts moisture-resistant components, all-metal gearboxes and direct-drive motors that can withstand ultra-cold temperatures. The blasters also have a patent-pending defrost technology that allows operators to quickly and easily clear ice blockages. Equipped with a full pellet dry-ice blaster that offers greater blasting pressure, the PLT Ultra can blast at up to 250 pounds per square inch with a feed rate of up to 6 pounds per minute. The PCS Ultra allows operators to precisely control the size of dry-ice particles, from 0.3mm to 3mm, and blasting parameters for optimal cleaning across various applications. It provides fast, quiet and energy-efficient dry-ice cleaning.
What’s new? The Aero2 Ultra dry-ice cleaners, featuring new proprietary control firmware and motor drivers. Other upgrades include a redesigned internal layout with consolidated pneumatic components for easier maintenance, color-coded tubing for clear identification, and more-durable blast hoses and performance applicators.
