Motan improves Intelliblend for Gravicolor units

Oct. 28, 2024
The 310 and 610 models adjust automatically for accurate dosing and mixing.

Gravicolor 310/610 These gravimetric Motan dosing and mixing units/gain-in-weight batch blenders employ the company’s cone-dosing system to dose and mix between two and eight materials. They can be used for injection molding, blow molding and extrusion processes.

What’s new? The Gravicolor 310/610 units, available since July. The units feature an improved version of Motan’s Intelliblend analysis function, which records the recipe, material and operating environment of each process, and documents all process data. Improvements to the function include better dosing-error detection.

Benefits Precise and accurate mixing. The modular units are flexible and reliable. With the Intelliblend function, the Gravicolor 310/610 can automatically adjust to optimize the process, guaranteeing recipe integrity and consistent, high-quality products.
