Optifact ABB Robotics’ modular software platform gives automated production facilities a streamlined tool to perform data collection, visualization and analysis.

What’s new? The OptiFact software platform, which lets users collect, manage and analyze data from hundreds of factory devices — including ABB robots — to determine key performance indicators including cycle time and overall equipment efficiency (OEE).

Benefits Increased production line uptime and decreased engineering effort. OptiFact can save up to 25 percent of the time traditionally spent in data collection and analysis, and can increase production uptime by up to 20 percent. And by speeding up diagnostics and decision-making, OptiFact ensures production can keep pace with customer demand.
