Ecodry 4DK offers powerful adiabatic cooling

July 19, 2024
Frigel's new line uses less water and energy than its predecessor, and integrates easily into existing installations.

Ecodry 4DK Frigel has expanded its adiabatic product line with the Ecodry 4DK series, which is designed to provide modular units that offer flexible configuration for small to large plastics factories. 4DK takes advantage of some of the technological advances already introduced in Frigel’s LDK range. The Ecodry 4DK series employs the high-efficiency CoolPad humidification system and a new generation of EC fans, and combined with a more effective dry cooler, these features contribute to the powerful adiabatic cooling of the compact 4DK.

What’s new? The Ecodry 4DK series, a patented, centralized cooling system Frigel designed to replace older cooling tower technologies. Frigel said it will integrate easily into the existing installation base of thousands of its existing Ecodry 3DK system units.

Benefits Improved sustainability. The energy-efficient 4DK family requires less electricity and cuts water usage levels by as much as 95 percent.
