Standard Series Rinco Ultrasonics’ workhorse line of pneumatically driven ultrasonic welders is targeted for the automotive, appliance, medical, electronics and packaging industries. They feature ultra-rigid construction for optimal functionality, and are available in 20 kilohertz (kHz), 35kHz and 70kHz frequencies. Models include the Standard 3000 and 745, which also are available with stainless steel housings for use in clean rooms; the Standard 3000 CR, which is certified as compliant with ISO Class 6 standards; and the Standard 50, which targets micro components.
What’s new? The next-generation Standard Series, which features a series of upgrades, including enhanced pneumatics and new user-friendly features. The updated pneumatics include safety features such as position monitoring of the ultrasonic stack.
Benefits Increased efficiency and productivity. The welders’ new user interface is ergonomic and intuitive, providing much greater flexibility, access and speed for operators. The interface also provides programmable password protection, offering many levels of digital security and protection. A patented machine status indicator shows green on a light strip for ready and red for error. Also, the welders now are fully calibratable and ensure quality and process traceability with permanent audit trails so users can track all system errors and adjustments.
