Enercon plasma treater compensates for temperature, humidity
NPE Booth W6643
Blown-ion 500 Enercon’s newly updated plasma treater cleans, etches and prepares surfaces to improve adhesion of adhesives, inks and coatings. Designed for high-speed applications, the blown-ion system bombards surfaces with ions to promote bonding.
What’s new? Upgraded system components that allow for more-uniform performance when users are confronted with fluctuating ambient temperatures and humidity levels. It also can better tolerate fluctuations in the power and compressed air inputs provided by users.
Benefits Greater versatility. The Blown-ion 500 plasma treater now provides uniform treatment levels at previously unavailable process speeds. It can be used to replace expensive and hazardous primers, as well as inefficient mechanical and manual surface preparation techniques, for application in the automotive, aerospace, consumer-goods, electronics, medical, and window and door industries, among others.
