NPE Booth W1743
DGM Gravix This Moretto line of gravimetric batch blenders is designed to provide reliable dosing, thanks in part to elements such as polished stainless steel supply hoppers and the fast, durable and consistent double eyelid shutters attached to each hopper.
What’s new? The hoppers, which have had their design completely renewed to guarantee regular flow of granules. To optimize ergonomics, an upgraded user interface with a newly introduced 7-inch touch screen is mounted on an articulated arm. Also, the mixing system now optimizes the uniform distribution of colorant and additives.
Benefits Versatility. Users can optimize the feeders’ configuration to match their needs, with nine different models and 76 options available, for throughputs ranging from 2.2 pounds per hour to 44.1 pounds per hour. Thanks to advanced signal analysis and filtering algorithms in the Vibration Immunity System, the blenders can overcome vibrations to maintain consistent dosing over long production periods. This allows them to be installed directly on processing machines, including injection molding machines and blow molding machines, giving operators great flexibility in how they use the equipment.
