3D Level Scanner BinMaster’s 3D Level Scanners offer non-contact measurement of bulk solids and powder levels within silos. They employ an acoustic technology that can penetrate through dust to provide accurate measurements and map multiple points on the material surface. BinMaster’s accompanying 3DVision software shows a 3D image of the silo’s topography, which can show areas of buildup that can cause sidewall damage and cone-up or -down conditions.
What’s new? IECEx/ATEX-certified scanners, which will begin shipping in August.
Benefits Protection in explosive atmospheres. Like all BinMaster 3D level sensors, the new ATEX versions can be used by themselves or in multiple-scanner systems to monitor bins or silos from 12 feet to over 132 feet in diameter. BinMaster also makes it possible for users to keep track of material levels in multiple silos across a location with its MultiVision software.
