Helios2 Wide Time-of-Flight (ToF) Suited for tasks that offer a close working distance and a large area of operation, this Lucid camera can be used in pick-and-place and palletizing applications. It integrates Sony’s DepthSense IMX556PLR back-illuminated ToF image sensor paired with a wide-angle lens and four wide-angle 850nm VCSEL laser diodes.
What’s new? The camera, which is based on Lucid’s original Lucid2.
Benefits A viewable area that’s four times larger than the original camera. Like the original Helios2, the Helios2 Wide ToF boasts what Lucid calls a “Factory Tough” design that meets IP67 specifications, meaning it’s protected against water and dust intrusion. According to the company, the camera is easy to use and cost-effective, and takes up little space.
