Lucid Vision Labs' Atlas10 offers a resolution of 8,240 by 5,628 pixels and runs at 22.6 frames per second with a 10-bit analog-to-digital converter.

Atlas10 Lucid Vision Labs’ camera is designed for applications that demand 8K ultra-high definition or greater. Such applications could include automated optical inspection and 3D scanning of plastic parts.

What’s new? Sony’s IMX492 rolling-shutter complementary metal-oxide semiconductor image sensor, which offers a resolution of 8,240 by 5,628 pixels and runs at 22.6 frames per second with a 10-bit analog-to-digital converter.

Benefits Accuracy and high resolution. The 47-megapixel Atlas10 uses a lens mount that allows for better illumination on the edges of larger sensors. It features an active sensor-alignment system, which helps to maximize the optical performance of large-format sensors and is ideal for inspection applications that require a high degree of accuracy.
