PCS injection mold bases are made to order

Mold bases PCS Co. supplies made-to-order injection mold bases in a variety of materials, machined using customer-supplied solid CAD models. The company uses CNC machinery and tooling for manufacturing the bases and coordinate measuring machines to verify their precision.

What’s new? Additional materials, sizes and features. PCS customers now can choose from additional steel types: 1045, P20, 420 stainless, H13 and NAK55. Available lengths and widths now top out at about 13.1 feet; maximum thickness is now 2.3 feet. Angle pins, waterlines and rough- and precision-machined pockets are newly available mold features.
