Globeius, the Miami-based supplier of plastics processing products, is now distributing a complete line of Mouldpro soft tools and gate cutters.
Mouldpro, based in Ballerup, Denmark, offers a range of products for injection molding, including molding sprays, consumables, water couplings, specialist tools and accessories.
The soft tools include bronze pliers for removing sprues or working on the mold; brass non-scratching scrapers and hand tools; a knock-out bar; deburring tools and blades; ceramic knives; and a knitted copper gauze for polishing and abrasives.
Mouldpro heated nippers (gate cutters) are handheld tools available in a variety of styles, with built-in heaters for trimming sprues from molded parts without cracking fragile materials such as acrylics, styrene plastic and glass resins.
