CodiPro mold lifting rings These mold lifting rings from PCS offer a flexible set of ways to move molds and dies.
What’s new? The mold lifting rings, which come in five styles. These include the Central Safety Shackle for linear lifting, with a 55-ton working load limit; the Metric Quick Lift Rings or Metric QL.DSR, which are double-swivel rings that can be clicked into place, saving up to 80 percent of the time needed to screw in conventional lifting rings; and the Swivel Eye Bolt, a single-swivel lifting ring with a self-orientation system that guides it perfectly in the sling direction.
Benefits Safe, efficient transportation of molds and dies. For facilities where space is limited, the hoist rings and eyebolts swivel and are available with simple, double or triple articulation. This makes handling and moving dies and molds easier, by giving users the ability to move them in all directions and positions as needed. They are made with durability in mind, and are available in male configurations and with special thread options.
