Dry ice technology company Cold Jet announced its plans to spend $4.9 million building a new facility just outside Cincinnati.

The company said growth – Cold Jet has experienced 18 percent year-over-year growth the last two years – has led to the move to expand.

“Cold Jet has grown its workforce over 30 percent in the last 10 years in the greater Cincinnati area,” said Michelle Simpson, chief people’s officer at Cold Jet. “We have an exceptionally low attrition rate due to a unique culture at the company where people are empowered to do their best work in an entrepreneurial environment.”

Cold Jet will consolidate its two Cincinnati facilities into the newly renovated facility in Loveland, Ohio, by the end of August 2023. This facility will house the company’s headquarters, and manufacturing and production activities.
