Beckwood Press Co. has hired Rachel Palasky as its new engineering manager and Tony Busch as its supply chain manager.
Palasky will oversee the engineering department and focus on capacity planning and project management, as well as foster collaboration among departments. She has six years of experience as both a process engineer and a project engineer in the pharmaceutical industry.
Busch will be responsible for the purchasing department and coordination with the company’s vendors. He has 12 years of experience in supply chain management in the manufacturing industry.
Beckwood said these new hires will harmonize the company’s organizational and transparency efforts and provide guidance for employees to achieve new company goals.
Based in St. Louis, Beckwood manufactures hydraulic and servo-electric presses.
