KraussMaffei announced that Brandy (Herrmann) Fowler has joined the company as its Southeast territory sales representative for extrusion in the pipe and profile market. Her territory will cover Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas and Oklahoma.
After graduating from Mercer University with a degree in biomedical engineering, Fowler held an engineering position with the Department of Defense’s division of the Air Force for 10 years. She then took a business development engineering role with Sikora, specializing in sales of quality and process control equipment in the hose, tube, sheet and piping markets, and also volunteered to serve on the board of directors and several committees for the Plastic Pipe Institute.
With North American headquarters in Florence, Ky., KraussMaffei produces injection molding, extrusion, reaction process and additive manufacturing machinery.
