PCS Co., Fraser, Mich., has promoted Angela Elsey to president, effective April 1. She succeeds David Cataldi, who had been president since 2017. Cataldi now serves as senior strategic advisor for PCS and plans to retire in July.
The company said Elsey has been instrumental in its success since she became director of finance for PCS in 2019. She has been a critical member of the leadership team, and spearheaded efforts to streamline processes, improve financial visibility and oversight and bring cross-functional teams together.
“Angela has demonstrated great leadership skills while at PCS Company and has had a relentless focus on continuous improvement,” Cataldi said in a press release. “PCS Company is in great hands!”
Prior to joining PCS, Elsey held several positions with global manufacturer American Axle, including serving as controller/CFO and interim president for Diversified Manufacturing and Assembly. She is a member of the Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA) and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan-Flint.
PCS supplies products to the injection molding, mold making and die casting industries.
