Eco-Pro 360 cart ID Additives’ Eco-Pro 360 cart is a mobile system for removing rust from surfaces such as the internal cooling passages in injection molds, heat exchangers, blown film dies and water lines. The unit combines a pump and a filter and is designed for use with the company’s iD Eco-Pro 360 solution, but also can be used with other liquid cleaning agents. The system’s built-in filter removes contaminants from used cleaning solution so it can be reused.
What’s new? A bigger model. The heavy-duty Eco-Pro 360 XL cart more than doubles the output of the company’s standard cart and is suited for cleaning large molds and extrusion chill rolls. Additionally, iD Additives has added a pressure-relief valve to both the original and new versions of the cart. This safety feature provides pressure relief if there is a completely blocked cooling passage.
