Series 9 converting gauge NDC Technologies’ Series 9 near-infrared gauge provides flexible, accurate, inline measurement for a range of converting and film extrusion applications, such as coating, laminating, optical films, window and glazing films and polymer film coatings. In a standard configuration, it measures a 25mm-diameter beam patch, with options for beams with a diameter of 10mm or 60mm. Single or multiple sensors can be arrayed to measure moisture, coat weight, degree of cure and film/layer thickness.
