PH25 This pelletizer from Bay Plastics Machinery is designed specifically for pharmaceutical applications. The parts of the machine that come in contact with the product being run are made from 316 stainless steel, and most material contact parts are made to be removable so they can be easily cleaned in an autoclave or by special cleaning process. It can pelletize 100 pounds per hour, from a maximum of four strands.

Benefits Traceability and control. The PH25, which features servo motors, offers a wide process window and enhanced control. Its HMI has more control features than standard pelletizers, allowing for improved visibility, greater data collection and logging of key information. Because of its special design, the pelletizer can produce resin for pharmaceutical applications, such as in capsules and pills.
