Intarema 1108 TVEplus with Laserfilter This Intarema recycling system, from Erema Engineering Recycling Maschinen und Anlagen GmbH, preconditions material for temperature and dryness before it is compacted and fed to the extruder. Shown at NPE, it provides filtration, homogenizing and degassing of recycled material, especially heavily printed films or very moist materials.
What's new? With TVEplus technology, melt filtration takes place upstream of extruder degassing. The self-cleaning LaserFilter system with rotating scraper disc enables days, even weeks, of continuous filtration. The redesigned scraper geometry and discharge system allow quick removal of contaminants.
