    Cloeren invests in Austrian die maker EMO GmbH

    To expand its business in Europe, Cloeren Inc., Orange, Texas, has invested in EMO GmbH, Micheldorf, Austria.

    EMO, an extrusion die maker, is a regional supplier serving the European market. Cloeren Director Alicia Cloeren said the investment is an opportunity to expand EMO's global presence and it provides Cloeren a repair and refurbishment facility for its European customers.

    The investment terms were not disclosed.

    EMO is owned by well-known Austrian injection mold maker Haidlmair GmbH, Nussbach, Austria.

    Cloeren is a worldwide supplier of flat die extrusion and co-extrusion head systems for the cast film, extrusion coating, sheet and biaxial extrusion processes.
