Bay Plastics Machinery (BPM) is providing machine assessments and repair quotes for older pelletizers, with no obligation and the only cost being the cost of shipping the equipment.
Technicians will analyze the machine to determine the extent of the repair or rebuild necessary, checking for trouble spots such as worn parts (rotors, bed knives, feed rolls), electrical problems or cosmetic issues.
BPM said with its cross-functional team — electrical and mechanical engineers and other technicians — and equipment, it can service any brand of pelletizer. It is also capable of rebuilds, primarily BPM and Conair legacy machines.
BPM's offerings include strand pelletizers, conveyors, water baths, air knives/strand dewatering units and spare parts, as well as on-site or remote tech support, testing and rotor sharpening.
