    Machinex Group now wholly owned by Paré

    Recycling and sorting equipment manufacturer Machinex Group, Plessisville, Quebec, is now wholly owned by Pierre Paré.

    Co-owner Nicolas Belanger sold his hare of the company to Paré in May. Paré is now president and CEO. Terms were not disclosed.

    Machinex designs and manufactures sorting, waste management and recycling equipment. It has installed more than 350 turnkey facilities in Canada, the U.S. and Europe.
