Andrea Grandi is new GM of Sacmi Group  

Andrea Grandi has taken over the GM role at Sacmi Group, effective Jan. 1, replacing Mauro Fenzi. 

Grandi, an electronics engineer, has been with Sacmi for almost 25 years. He spent 18 years in the Special Pressing business unit and as the metals PU manager. Since 2020, he has progressed through the roles of GM of the Advanced Technologies business unit, operations and plant director, and corporate product supply manager. 

He is also a member of the Forming Committee of UCIMU (Association of Italian Machine Tool, Robot and Automation Manufacturers).  

Based in Imola, Italy, Sacmi Group manufactures a range of packaging and processing equipment, including blow molding and compression molding machinery, vision systems and controls.
