Sipa's upgraded ECS SP80 hybrid injection stretch blow molding machine has a small footprint and can accommodate legacy molds originally made for use on competitors' machinery.

ECS SP80 Ideal for the production of bottles with volumes as small as 0.7 ounce, Sipa's upgraded ECS SP80 hybrid injection stretch blow molding machine has a small footprint and can accommodate legacy molds originally made for use on competitors' machinery.

What's new? A new design and single-cavity control.

Benefits Efficiency and energy savings. When a lot of power is required, the ECS SP80 uses hydraulic power, but uses servo electric drives for tasks that prioritize speed.  The new design makes mold changeovers faster and easier, and the new control enables users to produce different containers in the same shot. The easy and fast mold changeover feature will have its world premiere at NPE2018. The four-cavity mold at the show will be used to produce different shapes.
